DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
DREAM ACRES:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way
over the streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in Dream Acres
Incorporated, being a part of the Northeast One Quarter, the Northwest One
Quarter and the Southwest One Quarter of Section 25, Township 2 North, Range
68 West of the 6th P. M. more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 25, thence
S00° 24' E along the Westerly line of said Section 25 a distance
of 2635.50 feet; thence S89° 30' 02" E along a line parallel to
and lying 40 feet Southerly of the West -East centerline of said
Section 25 a distance of 2664.71 feet; thence NOO° 14' 15" E along
a line parallel to and lying 40 feet Easterly of the North -South
Centerline of said Section 25 a distance of 2679.82 feet, more or
less to a point on the North line of said Section 25; thence S89°
55' W along said North line a distance of 40.00 feet to the North
One Quarter of said Section 25; thence S89° 34'W along said North
line of Section 25 a distance of 2654.20 feet, more or less to the
point of beginning, containing 163.51 acres
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the
public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided,
however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads
and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to
specifications and accepted by the County.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
