RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW#1217 FOR A
CHURCH IN THE R-1 (LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE DISTRICT - FAITH
TABERNACLE CHURCH, % DANNY PERDEW
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit#1217 for a Church for Faith Tabernacle Church, % Danny
Perdew, 13248 Weld County Road 72, Greeley, Colorado 80631, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 8th day of September, 1999, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for to allow Faith Tabernacle
Church, C/0 Danny Perdew, adequate time to resolve issues regarding the Boomerang Lateral
Ditch located on the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 13, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of September, A.D., 1999.
