On April 11, 12, and 13, 1995 in Colorado Springs the Division of Veterans Affairs
conducted a training conference for the County Veterans Service Officers from all of the
Colorado counties.
I wish to express my thanks to you for providing the necessary support for your County
Veterans Service Officer to attend this training. As I'm sure you know, training is of
critical importance in proper job performance. This is particularly true in the field of
veterans benefits where many legislative changes occur each year. The attendance of your
