and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid hereby sell, convey
and grant unto the GOVERNOR OF ,LOhr,DO for the use and benefit of the
JJLUhr„)U NATIUN;,L GUARD a perpetual easement and right-of-way for maintenance
and operation of a sanitary sewer line over and across :airport property,
located immediately east of area covered by a Lease ;agreement dated February
2, 1960 between the CITY GF GREELEY, JJLOR1 JO and the u '�..cdA;iA u LuLei,,D(
for the use and benefit of the UJLORADO N;,TICNt,L. GUU,RD for a perm.. of fifty
years. --said easement and right-of-way being five feet on each side of
wherever it is necessary to install said line together with the rigi.t of
ingress to and egress from said property for the pa rpose of maintaining and
operating said sewer line.

3. That in the event grantee must enter upon said easement and right-
of-way in connection with repair, maintenance and operation of said sewer
line they will pay to grantor for all damage done to the surface or other
improvements resulting from said entry.
Reserving, however, unto grantors the right to use the area of the
easement and right-of-way in any lawful manner except that grantors agree
not to permit construction of any building thereon which would interfere with
the repair, maintenance, operation or reconstruction of said sewer line.
