Re : Extension of CDBG Contract No. 94-965.
Dear Commissioner Kirkmeyer:
This letter is in response to a request by Donald D. Warden,
Director of Finance and Administration for Weld County, dated
January 9, 1996 to extend the above-referenced contract
retroactive from February 28, 1996 through June 30, 1996 . This
should allow sufficient time to fulfill contract conditions .
I am approving this change based on the recommendation of the
Office of Business Development .
This change is considered to be non-substantial since :
• The goals of the project, the activities to be undertaken
and the proposed beneficiaries remain the same;
• The budget for grant funds is not being modified; and
• No additional state funding is needed.
This modification will not change any programmatic, budgetary
or other conditions of the contract .
