ORDER
This matter comes before this Court on Plaintiff's Response to Order to Show
Cause filed June 15, 1998. After reviewing the file and considering Plaintiff's response,
it is
ORDERED that (1) Plaintiff's Complaint shall not be dismissed for failure to
prosecute at this time; (2) that Plaintiff is given until August 10, 1998 to file an
advisement with the Court indicating the status of its efforts to negotiate and settle the
claims of the interested parties and the United States which will permit dismissal of this
- case; and (3) that if such settlement is not completed by August 10, 1998, Plaintiff shall
prosecute this case to its conclusion in accordance with all applicable Court rules.
