Dear Bill:
I am enclosing a copy of the 1981 Board of County Commissioners'
Resolution which closed "F" Street between 59th Avenue and 71st
Avenue subject only to its use by the ditch rider for the Greeley
Irrigation Company along the No. 3 Ditch. I had assumed you were
aware of this road closure resolution as you sent it to Isabel
Silva some time ago. The copy I have was furnished to me by Mr.
Silva and Doug Carter.
We intend to meet with the Poudre River Trail personnel,
including Brett Hall, to see if an alternative route can be
worked out. I would appreciate making sure that no effort is
made by the Commissioners to reopen the road for the use of the
Poudre River Trail without appropriate hearing by objectors from
the neighborhood who will be affected by the action of the
Commissioners.
