GRAVEL EASEMENT TO R. G. AND FREDA 0. WARREN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
authorizes the Chairman to sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of the right, title
and interest in and to an easement or right of way to remove all gravel, sand and
road -making and building material acquired by instrument dated December 14, 1955, and
recorded December 29, 1955 in Book 1438, Page 313 of the Weld County Records, as the
same applies to that part of the NE47 Section 6, Township 10 North, Range 61 West of
the 6th P.M., five acres more or less, with ingress and egress thereto, to R. G.
Warren and Freda 0. Warren.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

R. G. Warren, Grover, Colorado and Freda 0. Warren, Grover, Colorado
of Weld County, Colorado, parties of the first part, and The County of Weld, in the State of Colorado,
a municipality, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH: The part ies of the first part, for and in consideration of
One Thousand Dollars
to first parties in hand paid by the party of the second part,receipt confessed

yand acknowledged, do hereby bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part, its succes-
sors and assigns, the right to remove all gravel, sand and road -making and building material which it
shall be able to remove from the following described lands, situate in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to -wit: Part of NE. . Sec 6, Township 10 N, Range 61 West, of the 6th P.M.,
5 Acres, more or less
Also, an easement for ingress and egress to remove above gravel.
The County of Weld, as a further consideration for this Deed and by acceptance thereof, agrees
that said tract of land shall be excluded from further assessment for taxes; the first parties hereby
granting to the party of the second part the right to enter upon said lands at any time hereafter and to
excavate and remove therefrom all gravel, sand and earthen material which it shall find suitable to its
needs, together with the rights and privileges incident to the proper enjoyment thereof.
This instrument shall give no title to said land, and shall only ' t rht to remove therefrom
the part of the surface thereof as hereinabove set forth. This co ract
to the benefit of the heirs, administrators, and assigns of the r e binding upon and inure
sors and assigns of the party of the second part. e first part, and the ._cces-

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that they sign the Easement with R. G. and Freda 0.
Warren, Grover, Colorado, for surface gravel located in the NE -14- of
Section 6, Township 10 North, Range 61 West, of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado, as outlined by attached Easement.
The consideration of $1,000.00 as per copy attached and made
a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made

Olds Agrrrmrnf, Made this 25th day of January A. D. 19 37 ,
by and between John D.-larberg
of Weld County, Colorado, part y of the first part, and The County of Weld, in the State of Colorado,
a municipality, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH: The part y of the first part, for and in consideration of
Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars,
to first part y in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
and acknowledged, do es hereby bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part, its succes-
sors and assigns, the right to remove all gravel, sand and road -making and building material which it
shall be able to remove from the following described lands, situate in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to -wit:
A tract of about three acres of land (irregular in shape), lying west
.of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's right of way and the center
'of said tract being about fifteen hundred (1500) feet south and twelve
hundred (1200) feet east of the northwest corner of Section Seven (7),
Township Two (2) North, Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the 6th P. H.
Grantee, its agents and assigns shall have a right of way from
the west boundary line of said section for ingress and egress in re-
moving said gravel.
Grantee agrees to pay Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per acre for any
reheat destroyed in 1937.
The County of Weld, as a further consideration for this Deed and by acceptance thereof, agrees
that said tract of land shall be excluded from further assessment for taxes; the first part y hereby
granting to the party of the second part the right to enter upon said lands at any time hereafter and to
