of Range 61 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian:
Coamenoing at a-point 153 feet South of the North Nast earner of
said Section 27; thence by true bearings, variation 15' Bast, as
follows:
South 80' 10' W. 1048 feet;
South 80. 25' W. 413 feet;
North 89' 45' W. 302 feet;
North 50. 10' R. 325 feet;
North 23' W. 378 feet;
North 89' W. 526 feet, to a point 20 feet South of the
North Rest corner of the North Bast quarter of said Section 27, being
