Mr. Denny Mintle (see his card) came in wanting to know if USR-699 could be transferable to another person wishing
to purchase the property. He also wanted to know if he needed to still have "Greyhound" dogs there or if the new
property owner could use some other breed of dog. He wanted to know what the new user would need to do if the
USR did in fact transfer, and if it did if he could get a letter from you stating it would be OK for him to do so. I left the
file on your desk to look at. I could not find any notes on the plat suggesting it could not be transferrable, but you
