Accessory Building with Gross Floor Area larger than 1,500 square feet (3,000 square feet) in
Casagrande Estates subdivision in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
The applicant has assured the Department of Planning Services that this building is to be used
for his own personal use, not for a commercial business. Staff considers this to be an
Accessory Use to an existing Use by Right.
