WHEREAS, on April 26, 1965, a public hearing was had for the purpose
of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone from "A" Agricultural
to "C" Commercial as requested by Roland Krier of Route 4 Box 318, Greeley, Colorado,
said area more particularly described as follows:
All that part of Lots 1 and 2 of the NE4SE4 of Section 15,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., according
to the subdivision of lands by the Union Colony of Colorado,
lying North and East of U. S. Highway 34, being old State
Highway No. 2 the right-of-way for which is described in the
right-of-way deed recorded in Book 779, Page 460 of the
Weld County Records.
and
WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said change of zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby agree to uphold the recommendation
of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the change of zone in the
Delta Area as requested by Roland Krier.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

FOR CHANGE OF ZONE FROM"A" AGRICULTURAL TO "C" COMMERCIAL AS

MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

6th P. M., according to the subdivision of lands by
the Union Colony of Colorado, lying North and East
of U. S. Highway No. 34, being old State Highway No.2
