DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
COUNTRY ESTATES:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public in
the Country Estates, being described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P. M. and more particularily described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter
thence South 89° 49' East along the North line of said Northwest
Quarter a distance of 2654.61 feet to the Northeast corner of
said Northwest Quarter; thence South 00° 03' 30" West along the
East line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 2633.16 feet
to the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence North
89° 48' West along the South line of said Northwest Quarter; a
distance of 2651.93 feet to the Southwest corner of said Northwest
Quarter; thence North along the West line of said Northwest Quarter
a distance of 2632.36 feet to the point of beginning, and as shown
by the accompanying plat thereof: Except the West 210.00 feet of said
Northwest Quarter.
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the
public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided,
however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads
and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to
specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

introduced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the Subdivision
Plat Country -Estates
located on the following described property Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P. M.

sioners for the following reasons:
subject to the following
Road shown on the plat being built according to the specifications of the
Weld County Bcard of County Commissioners.
