A TERM OF FOUR YEARS ID EXPIRE JULY 22, 1964:
WHEREAS, the term of John M. Wheeler as a member of the Weld
County Planning Commission will expire on the 22nd of July, 1960, and
WHEREAS, that, under authority of Article 2, Chapter 106, Colorado
Revised Statutes, 1953, as amended by the 42nd General Assembly, there shall
be four members,excepting the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners,
of the Weld County Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that Price Hopkins be and he is hereby appointed as a
Member of the Weld County Planning Commission to serve for a term of four
years, to expire July 22, 1964.
The above and foregoing resoljtton was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
