RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Beierbach (District 3), Norman Nash
(District 4), Michael Willits (Associate member), and Art Partridge (Associate member), be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Don Beierbach, Norman Nash,
Michael Willits, and Art Partridge to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Don Beierbach, Norman Nash, Michael Willits, and Art Partridge be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31,
2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of December, A.D., 1998.
