RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY LOCAL
PLANNING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the duration of this ad-hoc committee is to be extended from December 31,
1995, to May 1, 1996, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Local Planning Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Karen Clugsten, Marie Alirez, B. J. Dean, Rick
Dill, Patricia Glenn, Judy Griego, Constance Harbert, Nancy Hill, James Miller, Peggy Fink, Dale
Peterson, John Pickle, Linda Piper, Walt Speckman, Mende Warne, and James McEachron be
reappointed to said committee, and that Larry Grauberger and Steve Evans be appointed to said
committee to replace Don Harclerode and John Wooster, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to extend the duration of said committee from
December 31, 1995, to May 1, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to reappoint Karen Clugsten, Marie Alirez,
B. J. Dean, Rick Dill, Patricia Glenn, Judy Griego, Constance Harbert, Nancy Hill, James Miller,
Peggy Fink, Dale Peterson, John Pickle, Linda Piper, Walt Speckman, Mende Warne, and James
McEachron and to appoint Larry Grauberger and Steve Evans to said committee, with their terms
to expire May 1, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the duration of the Weld County Local Planning Committee be, and hereby
is, extended from December 31, 1995, to May 1, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Karen Clugsten, Marie Alirez, B. J. Dean,
Rick Dill, Patricia Glenn, Judy Griego, Constance Harbert, Nancy Hill, James Miller, Peggy Fink, Dale
Peterson, John Pickle, Linda Piper, Walt Speckman, Mende Warne, and James McEachron be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Local Planning Committee, with their terms to expire
May 1, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Larry Grauberger and Steve Evans be, and
hereby are, appointed to said committee, with their terms to expire May 1, 1996.
