August 13 1926 when the following action wee taken and anter d of record to—wit The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the Objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers ho and is hereby declared a public highway. UARTER OF SECTION NINE, TOWNSHIP FIVE NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH P. Li. , AT LINN GROVE CEO ETMY Commissioner F. L. Powars moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners signed by twentyfive (25) freeholders residing within two miles of the road in question, asking for a change in the public road connecting the road running east and west through the middle of the Southeast Quarter of Section Nine, Township Five North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. , with the public road running along the north side of said Southeast Quarter; said change to be made by placing the line of said road along the west sixty (60) feet of Lots One and Four of the Northeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter, and abandoning the line of the road as located along the east side of said. Lots One and Four, through Linn Grove Cemetery; and WHEREAS, the Board. of County Commissioners has duly considered said petition and finds it sufficient and that it has been signed by the names of all the owners of said land through which said relocated road is to be laid out and through which said relocated road is to be abandoned; and that said owners, and in particularly the City of Greeley, have given the right-of-way through the said lands of which is to run the changed line of road; and said petition is signed by the free holders who constitute not less than two-thirds of the persons oing lands adjoining said road to be vacated and that the vacating of said part of said road so to be vacated will not leave land adjoining said vacated road without an estab- lished public road connecting with s aid lands. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That said petition be granted and the change is hereby made in the public road in the said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Nine, Township Five North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. LI. , by locat- ing the said road along the west sixty (60) feet of said. Lots One and Four of said Northeast Quarter of said. Southeast Quar- ter and by vacating the road along the east side of said. Lots One and Four and the Commissioners hereby declare that there has been established a public highway sixty (60) feet in width along the west sixty(60) feet of said Lots One and Four and direct that the petition therefor be filed and recorded.
