Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is to inform your office that the Weld County Fish &
Wildlife Association will be hosting certain events during 1999 ,
that will Probably result in some overnight stays at our facility.
The following dates we expect campers at the Range;
May 1 & 2
June 12 & 13
July 10, 11 , 30 & 31
August 7, 8, 27, 28 & 29
September 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 & 12
October 2 & 3
Our Directors required they rent a minimum of two Porta-Poties for
the duration of the largest events in August and September, and
Trash to be monitored daily for control. Please call me at 970-
