Moved by Arthur Partridge that the following resolution be introduced for passage by the Weld County
Board of Adjustment. Be it therefore resolved by the Weld County Board of Adjustment that the
following be adopted:
CASE NUMBER: BOA -984
APPLICANT: Gordon Sign Company for Texeco
REQUEST: For a 48 foot panel per side to be placed on an existing double-faced sign for a total of 62
feet per sign face.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1, Star Center Minor Subdivision
LOCATION: South of and adjacent to Colorado Highway 119; west of and adjacent to 1-25 Frontage
Road.
