PERSONAL PROPERTY IS INCLUDED, AND IS GRANTED/DENIED EXEMPTION IN THE SAME PERCENTAGE AS THE
REAL PROPERTY, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED BELOW. LEASED PERSONAL PROPERTY IS NOT INCLUDED.
THE ADMINISTRATOR, HAVING REVIEWED THE APPLICATION AS PROVIDED IN COLORADO REVISED STATUTES,
TITLE 39, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 117, HAS DETERMINED THAT SUCH EXEMPTION IS JUSTIFIED AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTENT OF THE LAW, AND EXEMPTION IS HEREBY GRANTED, THE SAME TO BE
EFFECTIVE 1/1/95.
EXEMPTION IS GRANTED PURSUANT TO C.R.S. 39-3-112. BEGINNING 1/1/95, PROPERTY WILL BE
EXEMPT/TAXABLE BASED ON THE RATIO OF THE NUMBER OF QUALIFYING/DISQUALIFYING TENANTS TO THE
TOTAL NUMBER OF OCCUPIED UNITS AS OF JANUARY 1 OF EACH YEAR. IN ADDITION TO FILING THE
ANNUAL EXEMPT PROPERTY REPORT, THE OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT FORMS EACH
YEAR DESCRIBING THE OCCUPANCY OF THE PROPERTY.
** THE EXEMPTION FOR THIS PROPERTY WAS FORFEITED IN 1995; THIS DETERMINATION REINSTATES THE
EXEMPTION. THE PERCENTAGES GIVEN ON THE ANNUAL DETERMINATION ISSUED 4/20/95 (100% EXEMPT, 0%
TAXABLE) REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR 1995.
