The Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the following: 1. The temporary permit for occupancy of the mobile home shall be issued for a period of six months. The permit may be renewed by the Department of Planning Services for two additional six month periods upon a determination by staff that construction of the permanent dwelling unit is being pursued with diligence. 2. Extensions of six (6) month increments beyond the above eighteen (18) month period may be granted only by the Board of County Commissions. 3. The mobile home permitted as the temporary use during construction of a permanent residence shall be removed within thirty (30) days after the permanent dwelling has been constructed. 4. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 990/Sc 5.
