The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed this request and approves this request for the
following reasons:

The Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the following:
1. The temporary permit for occupancy of the mobile home shall be issued for a period of six
months. The permit may be renewed by the Department of Planning Services for two
additional six month periods upon a determination by staff that construction of the
permanent dwelling unit is being pursued with diligence.
2. Extensions of six (6) month increments beyond the above eighteen (18) month period may
be granted only by the Board of County Commissions.
3. The mobile home permitted as the temporary use during construction of a permanent
residence shall be removed within thirty (30) days after the permanent dwelling has been
constructed.
4. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile
home on the property.

5. Prior to the occupancy of the mobile home, the mobile home shall be connected to an
approved septic system and a legal water supply.

Your mobile home zoning permit application is being processed by our office. If it is determined that the application
meets the approval criteria of Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, you will be notified that the zoning
permit is approved. If the staff determines that the application does not meet the approval criteria, you will be notified
and asked to appear before the Board of County Commissioners at a public hearing. You will be informed of the
hearing date at least a week prior to the hearing. The Board of County Commissioners will then consider your
application and make a final decision on the zoning permit for the mobile home.
