RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PHIL NEVILLE TO WELD/LARIMER LOAN REVIEW
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld/Larimer Loan Review Committee,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Phil Neville be appointed to said committee,
to replace John Dollarhide, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Phil Neville to said committee, with
his term to expire December 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Phil Neville be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld/Larimer Loan
Review Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 1997.
