Enclosed is an application from William J. Martin for a Site Specific Development Plan and a Special
Review permit for a single family dwelling unit on a lot less than the minimum lot size in the A(Agricultural)
zone district. The parcel of land is described as the SE4 of the SE4 of Section 24,T12N, R61 W of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is north of and adjacent to Weld County Road 138;west of and adjacent to Weld County Road
99.
