RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bruce Stradley be reappointed to said board
as the county representative; Dale Hall be reappointed; and Colvin Hanscome be reappointed as
joint representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Bruce Stradley and Dale Hall to
said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2000, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Colvin Hanscome to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bruce Stradley and Dale Hall be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Colvin Hanscome be, and hereby is , reappointed to the Greeley-Weld County
Airport Authority Board, with his term to expire December 31, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of December, A.D., 1998.

GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 19-98
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE GREELEY CITY COUNCIL AND WELD
COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF COLE
HANSCOME AS THE SEVENTH MEMBER (JOINT APPOINTEE) OF THE GREELEY-
WELD COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
WHEREAS, Cole Hanscome is currently filling the position of the seventh member(joint
City/County appointee) of the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board of
Commissioners which was vacated by David Droegemueller in February, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the term of the position is scheduled to expire on December 31, 1998; and
WHEREAS, Cole Hanscome seeks re-appointment to the Greeley-Weld County Airport
Authority Board of Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, The By-Laws of the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority require that the
Airport Board recommend a candidate to fill any vacancy in the seventh member position
to the Greeley City Council and Weld County Board of Commissioners no later than one
month after such vacancy; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Airport Board for Cole Hanscome to be re-appointed to
the seventh member position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority
Board of Commissioners, that it recommends to the Greeley City Council and the Weld
County Board of Commissioners that Cole Hanscome be re-appointed to the Greeley-Weld
County Airport Authority Board of Commissioners as the seventh member, for a term
beginning on January 1, 1999, and ending on December 31, 2002.
ADOPTED this 17'h day of December, 1998.
