RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF DEDICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - OLIVER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Acceptance of Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Katherine Oliver of Greeley, Colorado, with terms and conditions being as stated in said acceptance, and WHEREAS, the Board considered this matter on May 18, 1998, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to May 20, 1998, and WHEREAS, on May 20, 1998, the Board reviewed said matter and deems it advisable to approve acceptance of said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Acceptance of the Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Katherine Oliver be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said Acceptance. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of May, A.D., 1998.
