TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE NO. 274:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, has requested
authorization to cancel tax sale certificate No. 274 of the 1956 tax sale
for the taxes of 1955, on improvements only, with the taxes for 1956 to 1965
endorsed thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado
believes it to be in the best interest of the County to cancel said tax sale
certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, be and
he is hereby authorized to cancel County tax sale certificate No. 274 of the
1956 tax sale for the taxes of 1955, on improvement only located on a portion
of Lot 5, Block 15, Tract M, Greeley, with the taxes for 1956 to 1965 endorsed
thereon.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

County Certificate No. 274 of the 1956 Tax Sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1955 on Imps only on Pt Lot 5
Block 15 Tr M Greeley and the taxes for 1956 to 1965 inclusive
have been endorsed thereon:' As the Imps have been removed several
years ago, the certificate has no value and present owner of the
lot requests removal of this cloud on title to same.
Therefore, I request resolution authorizing County Treasurer
to cancel County Certificate No. 274 of the 1956 Tax Sale for the
taxes on Imps only on Pt Lot 5 Block 15 Tr M Greeley,of 1955 to
1965 inclusive.
