As you are already aware, on January 5, 1996, the correctional foodservice accounts of Service
America Corporation were purchased by The Wackenhut Corporation. These accounts were
combined with the Foodservices Division of TWC consisting of Wackenhut Support Services and
Creative Correctional Food Management. Effective January 1996, Wackenhut Support Services,
Creative Correctional Food Management and the correctional accounts of Service America
Corporation are now one entity,
Correctional Foodservice Management
Our Company's new name, Correctional Foodservice Management, reflects a blending of three
innovative and highly respected organizations into one major, nation-wide leader in the
correctional foodservice industry. With over 100 Food Service operations in 27 states at the City,
County, State, and Federal, levels, Correctional Foodservice Management is the only national
contract foodservice organization specifically dedicated and committed to the correctional
industry. We provide comprehensive, flexible and professional foodservice programs designed
and tailored to each of our Client's objectives.
Correctional Foodservice Management remains a division of The Wackenhut Corporation and
agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract that is currently in force at your facility.
