RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT, ZPMH #2164 - MYRNA RANGEL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 8th day of November, 1999, considered the request of Myrna Rangel, 684 SW 26th Street, Loveland, Colorado 80537, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lots 33 and 34, Block 5, East Side Addition; being part of the SW1/4 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard all of the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 2. Prior to the occupancy of the mobile home, the mobile home shall be connected to adequate water and sewage disposal facilities. 3. The mobile home shall meet the minimum setback and offset requirements for the A (Agricultural) Zone District. 4. The mobile home shall be installed in accordance with the Weld County Building Code Ordinance #119. 5. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 through 4 as stated above. 6. The applicant shall utilize the existing access, no circle drives. No additional accesses will be granted. 7. Approval of this application for a zoning permit shall not be considered to release the applicant from complying with any private covenants in place. 8. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Myrna Rangel for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions. Our comprehensive plan, which we have just adopted, (copy enclosed) calls for this area to contain a maximum of 4.5 living units per acre and not to become a trailer park. With new development in our city limits directly east of East Eaton, we are becoming more concerned than ever of the development of East Eaton properties We would ask that mobile homes be discouraged in that area. However, if they are allowed, that they be installed to County code and that the existing trailers in East Eaton be removed or brought to the existing code as well.
