RE: CORRECTION OF LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONCERNING RECORDED
EXEMPTION #1424 - GENE DRAKE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 24, 1992, the Board did approve Recorded
Exemption #1424, for Gene Drake, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution described the property as being located in the SW% of
Section 14, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said property should be described as being located in the SW% of Section
14, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve the corrected legal
description for Recorded Exemption #1424.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the legal description for Recorded Exemption #1424, granted to
Gene Drake, be, and hereby is, corrected to read SW'/ of Section 14, Township 7 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of October, A.D., 1999.
