t‘o MEMORANDUM
TO: Scott Ballstadt, Current Planner DATE: November 24, 1997
tingeFROM: Don Carroll, Project Administrator t
COLORADO SUBJECT: USR-1177; Daryl Hafele
The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal; the following requirement is
recommended to be a part of any approval:
COMMENTS:
I visited the site and have the following comments:
Sierra Vista Road, within the Casa Grande Estates, is a rural Weld County subdivision maintained by Weld
County. This section of the road is paved.
The applicant is indicating a garage structure on the site. At the time of the inspection, there were stakes
simulating the approximate location of the proposed structure. Also, in the rear there appears to be a storage shed
which is not shown on the plat.
A portion of the existing residence and shed area appears, by the plat, to be within the 50-foot pipe line easement.
The applicant should address this concern or provide acknowledgment from the pipeline company of the condition.
With the characteristics of the site and the 2400 square foot building, the storm water drainage does not appear
to be a problem.
REQUIREMENTS:
In accordance with Weld County Public Works Ordinance #180, the applicant should utilize one access point to
the acreage.
