RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF YRINEO SALAZAR AND TOM DAVIS TO WELD
COUNTY REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Regional Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Yrineo Salazar, Police Zone 3
representative, and Tom Davis, Police Zone 4 representative, be appointed to said board, to
replace James Collins and Steven Modrell, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Yrineo Salazar and Tom Davis to
said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 1997, and December 31, 1999,
respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Yrineo Salazar and Tom Davis be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Weld County Regional Communications Advisory Board, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1997, and December 31, 1999, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of May, A.D., 1997.
