HomeMy WebLinkAbout640213.tiffIS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY AUSTIN SUBDIVISION: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in the Austin Subdivision, being a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows: Considering the East line of said Sec 14 to bear 01°41'10" East and with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the NE corner of said Sec 14; thence S 01°41'10" E along the East line of said Sec 14 a distance of 284.37' to a point, said point being the true point of beginning; thence continuing S O1°41'10" East along the East line of said Sec 14, 661.59'; thence S 89°57'00" West 260'; thence N O1°41'10" West and parallel to the East line of said Sec 14, 661.82'; thence N 90°00'00" E 260.00' to the true point of beginning; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld. '..u_.a,t C 4 DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC ROAD AND EASEMENT ADJOINING AUSTIN SUBDIVISION: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of a public road and easement situate within a tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Considering the East line of said Sec 14 to bear South 01°41'10" East and with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 14; thence South 01°41'10" East along the East line of said Section 14 a distance of 140.85' to a point, said point being the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 01°41'10" East along the East line of said Section 14, 143.52'; thence South 90°00'00" West 260.00'; thence North 01°41'10" West and parallel to the East line of said Section 14, 143.52'; thence North 90°00'00" East 260.00' to the true point of beginning; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be accepted and approved for filing, and said public road thereon shown be accepted by the County of Weld, provided, however, that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of the public road after it has been constructed by the sole owner, Ernest R. Austin and Wilma M. Austin, according to Weld County Road District Number Two speci- fications and not by the County of Weld.
