RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Private Industry Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lucille Mantelli be appointed to said council,
to replace Dick Wesolowski as a large business representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lucille Mantelli to said council, with
her term to expire December 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Lucille Mantelli be, and hereby is, appointed to the Private Industry
Council, with her term to expire December 31, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of August, A.D., 1997.
