Weld County's interest is apparently derived from an oil and gas lease from Helmer Getz and Josephine T. Getz, husband and wife to T. S. Pace. Weld County, Colorado is successor in interest to Edith Jean Chavers, to 50% of all production of oil and gas from wells completed after September 5, 1986 as set forth in Warranty Deed dated September 5, 1986, recorded at Book 1127, Reception No. 2068408.
