Home My WebLink About993037.tiff RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS MINUTES HOUSING AUTHORITY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO DECEMBER 27, 1999 TAPE #99-40 The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in regular session as the Housing Authority Board in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular place of meeting in the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley, Colorado, December 27, 1999, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chair- EXCUSED Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem Commissioner George E. Baxter Commissioner M. J. Geile Commissioner Glenn Vaad Also present: County Attorney, Bruce Barker Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Finance and Administration Director, Don Warden MINUTES: Commissioner Geile moved to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority Board meeting of November 22 and 24, 1999, as printed. Commissioner Vaad seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. ADDITIONS: Add the following under New Business: 2) Consider Resolution re: Approve 2000 Weld County Housing Authority Budget [993040] NEW BUSINESS: CONSIDER SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN-PECKHAM MIGRANT HOUSING PROJECT: Bruce Barker, County Attorney,stated the Deed of Trust needs to be subordinated to another Deed of Trust held by Mr. Zabka. In response to Commissioner Geile, Mr. Barker stated this agreement will place the Deed held by Mr. Zabka before the Housing Authority Board. Commissioner Baxter moved to approve said agreement and authorize the Chair to sign. Seconded by Commissioner Geile, the motion carried unanimously. CONSIDER RESOLUTION RE:APPROVE 2000 WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BUDGET: Mr. Warden reviewed the amounts discussed during the Budget hearings and recommended approval. Commissioner Vaad moved to approve said resolution. Seconded by Commissioner Geile, the motion carried unanimously.
