1995, Warren Lasell, Weld County Assessor did amend his original recommendation concerning
PIN #R4608386 for the year 1993 as follows:
The Assessor did recommend the petitioner's request be approved.
Therefore, the Assessor does recommend taxes be abated or refunded in the sum of $286.58.

Dear Property Owner
As requested by your agent, Roy Watson, the hearing before the Weld County Board of
Commissioners regarding your petitions for abatement or refund of taxes on the above listed
properties has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 19, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. As stated in the
previous notice, any supporting documentation regarding these petitions should be submitted to
the Office of the Clerk to the Board and to the Weld County Assessor's Office at least seven
calendar days prior to the meeting date in order for it to be considered at said meeting.
The meeting will be held in the First Floor Meeting Room, Weld County Centennial Center, 915
10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, at the above specified time.
