NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITIONS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That there were filed in
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on the 4/t1 day of
1960, Petitions entitled "In Re the Organization of
Northwest Greeley Wards Acres Sanitation District, Weld County,
Colorado", which Petitions pray for the organization of a fiani-
tation district. Said Petitions are now on file at the office
of the Clerk of the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, in
Greeley, Colorado, and are available for public inspection.
The purpose of the District is to provide a complete
sanitary sewer gathering eyatem to connect with the sewage treat-
ment plant of the City of Greeley, Colorado.
The estimated cost of the proposed improvements is the
amount of $20,000.
The proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, the boundaries of which are as follows:
Beginning at the N. E. corner of Lot 4 of the
ElNE.NEi, Section 1, T5N, R66W, 6th P. h.,
said point being on the East line of said Sec-
tion 1 and on the North line of the sa, NE,
link of said Section 1; thence Westerly along
said north line of the North line of the Si, NWT,
NE;; of said Section 1 to the N. W. corner of
Lot 8 of the NWd, NE.a of said Section 1; thence
Southerly along the West line of the said Lot 8
and along the West line of Lot 1 of the SW,, NE,
of the said Section 1, to the JW corner of said

Lot 1; thence Easterly along the South line of
said Lot 1 and along the South line of Lots 2
and 1 of the WI., SE,., NE -1, Section 1, and
the South line of Lot 2 of the El, SEt , NE of
said Section 1 to the SE corner of Lot 2 of the
ESE, NE of said Section 1, said corner
being also the NW corner of Lot 4 of the Ex,
SE*, NEi of said Section 1; thence Southerly
along the West line of said Lot 4 of the E' ,
SEI , NEi of said Section 1 to the SW corner of
said Lot 4 thence Easterly along the South
line of said Lot 4 and, said line extended,
to an intersection with the East line of Sec-
tion 1, T5N, R66W, 6th F. N., said line being
also the West line of Section 6, T5N, R65W,
6th P. ?., thence northerly along said Section
line to a point, said point being the SW corner
of Lot 2 of the SWa , NWi, of said Section 6;
thence N 50° 35' E a distance of four hundred
six and ninety-one hundredths (406.91) feet
along the centerline of lateral ditch to a point;
thence N 44° 03' E a distance of four hundred
and no hundredths (400.00) feet along the center-
line of lateral ditch to a point; thence N 90
50' E a distance of eighty-three and thirty
hundredths (83.30) feet along the center -line
of lateral ditch to a point on the north line
of Lot 2 of the SWi , NW of said Section 6,
said point being fifty-two and no hundredths
(52.00) feet West of the NE corner of said Lot
2; thence Westerly along the North line of said
Lot 2 to a point, said point being at an inter-
section with the said North line of Lot 2 and
the East line extended South of the WI of Lot 3
of the tai, NW , of said Section 6; thence North-
erly along the East line and the East line ex-
tended South of the W`• of said Lot 3 to the NE
corner of the WI of said Lot 3; thence Westerly
along the North line of the WI of said Lot S and
said line extended West to an intersection with
the West line of Section 6, T5NR65W, 6th P. M.
said line being also the East line of Section 1,
TSN, R66W, 6th P. M., thence North along the East
line of said Section 1 to the point of beginning.
Notice is further given that by an Order of the Dis-
trict Court of Weld County, Colorado, a public hearing on said
