TO $2,500.00, COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER:
WHEREAS, the County Clerk and Recorder has to this date carried
a revolving fund for revenue stamps in the amount of $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, this amount has proven inadequate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Clerk and Recorder be and she is
hereby authorized to increase the revolving fund for revenue stamps to $2,500.00.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
