HomeMy WebLinkAbout992795.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE #528 FROM A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT FOR 600 TO 800 LOTS WITH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USES - SIEGRIST COMPANIES c/o TUTTLE APPLEGATE, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 22nd day of September, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of hearing the application of Siegrist Companies, do Tuttle Applegate, Inc., 11990 Grant Street, Suite 304, Denver, Colorado 80233-1136, requesting a Change of Zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for 600 to 800 lots with Residential and Commercial uses on a parcel of land located on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of Section 35, and part of the W114 of Section 36, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, at said hearing on September 22, 1999, the Board continued said matter to November 17, 1999 to allow the applicant adequate time to augment water and sewer documentation and to provide further response to the Department of Public Works in regards to the traffic study. WHEREAS, at said hearing on November 17, 1999, the applicant was represented by Molly Orkild-Larson of Tuttle Applegate, Inc., who requested another continuance to January 26, 2000, to allow time for completion of the traffic study, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to grant said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application of Siegrist Companies, c/o Tuttle Applegate, Inc., 11990 Grant Street, Suite 304, Denver, Colorado 80233-1136, requesting a Change of Zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for 600 to 800 lots with Residential and Commercial uses be, and hereby is, continued to January 26, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. 992795 PL1023 pc.: PL, CA, Aw 1 ert RE: ACTION OF BOARD - SIEGRIST COMPANIES (COZ#528), PAGE 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of November, A.D., 1999.
