RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BEVERLY MCCONNICO TO WELD COUNTY AREA
AGENCY ON AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Beverly McConnico be appointed to said
board, to replace Laurel Belau, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Beverly McConnico to said board,
with her term to expire January 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Beverly McConnico be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, with her term to expire January 31, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of April, A.D., 1997.
