Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of the midnthiof
September, 1995, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon as possible thereafter,
in the Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, Colorado, or at such place
and time as the hearing may be adjourned to, a PUBLIC HEARING will
be held upon the application made by

for the purpose of:
ANNEXATION
pursuant to the Codes of the Town of Erie and any applicable State
Statutes.

Johnston Annexation to the Town of Erie, Colorado.
Part One of a Two -Part Annexation.
Legal Description:
The north-west 1/4 of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of
the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the north-west corner of the north-west 1/4 of said
Section 32; thence 589025'52"E a distance of 2622.84 feet to the
north—east corner of said 1/4 Section; thence S00°01'38"W a distance
of 2637.12 feet to the south-east corner of said 1/4 Section; thence
N89°31'43"W a distance of 2633.34 feet to the south-west corner of
said 1/4 Section; thence N00°15'20"E a distance of 2641.52 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 159.23 acres, more
or less.

A tract of land situated in Sections 32 and 33, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of
Colorado, and in Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 68 West, County
of Adams, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the north-west corner of the north-west 1/4 of the
north-east 1/4 of said Section 32; thence S89°26'03"E a distance of
1311.45 feet to the north-east corner of said north-west 1/4 of the
north-east 1/4; thence 500°05'11"E a distance of 1317.50 feet tc the
south-east corner of said north-west 1/4 of the north-east 1/4;
thence S89°28'53"E on and along the north line of the south-east 1/4
of the north-east 1/4 of said Section 32 and continuing across the
right-of-way of Weld County Road No. 5, a distance of 1354.05 feet to
a point on the apparent easterly right-of-way line of said County
Road; thence on and along said apparent right-of-way line the
