RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO UNDESIRABLE PLANT MANAGEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Undesirable Plant Management Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mike Coan be appointed to said board to
replace Catherine Miller; Lauri Klausner be appointed to replace William Erickson; and Mary
Miller be appointed to replace Ivan Gilbaugh, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mike Coan, Lauri Klausner, and
Mary Miller to said board, with their terms to expire August 19, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mike Coan, Lauri Klausner, and Mary Miller be, and hereby are
appointed to the Undesirable Plant Management Board, with their terms to expire August 19,
2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of August, A.D., 1999.
