BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
WHEREAS,
of the Weld County
WHEREAS,
Nellie M. Scott has submitted her resignation as a Trustee
Library Board of Trustees, and
Nellie M. Scott was appointed by this Board as a Trustee
of the Weld County Library Board of Trustees on May 29, 1954 for a term of
five years, and was reappointed on April 29, 1959 to hold the office until
May 1, 1964, and
WHEREAS, Nellie M. Scott has served continuously on this Board
with distinction and at great sacrifice to herself, and has given wise counsel
and offered her practical experience and training in such manner as to
have contributed greatly by this public service to the community, and to the
county as a Trustee of the Weld County Library Board of Trustees.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado expresses deep appreciation to Mrs. Scott for her
great and unselfish services and accepts her resignation effective July 11,
1961.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

This is to give you notice of my resignation
from the Weld County Library Board effective
July 11, 1961. I am resigning due to my health.
I wish to thank the Commissioners and the Library
Board members for the many kindnesses that have
been shown me the seven years I have served.
