Enclosed is an application from C & M Aggregates for a special use permit for an asphalt and
concrete batch plant. The parcel of land is described as part of the NW4 of Section 17, T2N, R68W
of the 6th RM., Weld County, Colorado_ The location of the parcel of land for which this application
has been submitted is north of and adjacent to WCR 20/2 and approximately 1 1/2 miles west of
WCR 7.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or
recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply
