RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on or about April 24 , 1968, the Board
of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, passed a Resolution
adopting a schedule of County road specifications and necessary bonding
requirements in connection therewith, and
WHEREAS, Scott Realty, Greeley, Colorado, posted a Bond in
the sum of $ 2,500.00 guaranteeing construction of a road in
Westridge Subdivision, 2nd Filing, along the south line in Section 15,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said road and/or roads
have been constructed in compliance with the Weld County road specifica-
tions, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the road and/or roads
so constructed by Scott Realty be accepted and made a part of the County
Road System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the $ 2,500.00 Bond
posted by Scott Realty with Weld County, guaranteeing road construction
in compliance with Weld County road specifications, be, and it hereby
is released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Bond so posted be
returned to Scott Realty immediately.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote, on the 18th day of
June , 1969.
