RE: APPROVAL. OF TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR A 3.2 PERCENT BEER RETAIL LIQUOR
LICENSE FOR PYNERGY, LLC, DBA CONOCO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute arid the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Pynergy, LLC, dba Conoco, 12354 Weld County Road 2, Brighton,
Colorado 80601, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
an application for a Change of Ownership of a 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, for the
sale of fermented malt beverages, containing not more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight, in
sealed containers not for consumption at the place where sold, said License previously held by
Cono Services, Inc., dba Conoco #06355, and
WHEREAS, Section 12-47-106.5, C.R.S., which became effective July 1, 1991, allows
for the issuance by the Board of County Commissioners of a temporary permit to the transferee
of an existing liquor license to authorize the transferee to conduct business and sell alcoholic
beverages at retail in accordance with said license, subject to compliance with certain
conditions, and
WHEREAS, Pynergy, LLC has complied with all of the conditions set forth in said
Section, and
WHEREAS, Pynergy, LLC has also submitted the required application fee for said
temporary permit of$100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that having examined said application and other qualifications of the
applicant for the transfer of the 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License and having considered
said request for a temporary permit, does hereby grant to Pynergy, LLC, dba Conoco, 12354
Weld County Road 2, Brighton, Colorado 80601, a Temporary Permit to conduct business and
sell fermented malt beverages, containing not more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight, in sealed
containers not for consumption at the place where sold, at retail at said location in accordance
with the license previously held by Cono Services, Inc., dba Conoco #06355, subject to all other
rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the application for Change of
Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever shall occur first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said permit.

PLEASE POST NEAR EXISTING LICENSE
October 13, 1999
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On the 13th day of October, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve the Change of Ownership request of Pynergy, LLC, dba Conoco, for
a 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, with said license previously being held by Cono
Services, Inc., dba Conoco #06355, and expiring on October 9, 1999. The required documents
for the Change of Ownership have been submitted to the State Department of Revenue for its
approval. Until notification has been received from the State advising whether this Change of
Ownership request has been approved or disapproved, the Board hereby authorizes the
continued sale of fermented malt beverages, containing not more than 3.2% of alcohol by
weight, in sealed containers not for consumption at this establishment which is located at 12354
Weld County Road 2, Brighton, Colorado 80601, under a Temporary Permit which has been
approved by the Board. This Temporary Permit allows Pynergy, LLC, dba Conoco, to conduct
business and sell fermented malt beverages, containing not more than 3.2% of alcohol by
weight, in sealed containers not for consumption at the place where sold, at retail at sad
location in accordance with the license previously held by Cono Services, Inc., dba
Conoco #06355, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the
application for Change of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever shall
occur first.
