Respondents..
COMES NOW the Respondent, Arthur L. Willis II, Treasurer of the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through his attorney, the Assistant Weld County Attorney, and
disclaims any and all interest in and to the property described in the Petition in Condemnation as
to the parcels to be taken inasmuch as there appears to be sufficient collateral in the residual to
satisfy the liens for general taxes and any special assessments which may exist on the condemned
parcel. The Treasurer expressly disclaims any and all interest to any of the award of
compensation or settlement made herein. The Treasurer further states that such disclaimer does
not apply to the liens for general taxes and special assessment as they attach to the residual.
COMES NOW the Respondent, County of Weld, through their governing board the
Board of County Coramissioners of the County of Weld and disclaims any right, title and interest
in and to the property described in the Petition in Condemnation. herein inasmuch as the
easement described in paragraph 9 of the Petition for Condemnation appears to have been
subsumed into the right-of-way for I-25.
