to Speak at Weld County Council Meeting
Weld County Director of Information Services Brad Keil will be the guest speaker
at the Weld County Council meeting May 18, 1999, 6:30 p.m., at the Weld County
Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, CO. Mr. Keil will give an update about the
Department of Information Services and its development of Weld County's
Geographical Information System (GIS.) A geographical information system is an
organized collection of computer hardware, software, geographic data, and personnel
designed to capture, store, update, manipulate, analyze, and display all forms of
geographically referenced information.
The public is invited to attend the Council meeting to ask questions or to provide
ideas on issues concerning County government. Please call the Council office at 356-
4000 x 4780 if more information is needed.
