Mr. Keil will give an update about the Department of Information Services and its development of Weld County's Geographical Information System (GIS.) A geographical information system is an organized collection of computer hardware, software, geographic data, and personnel designed to capture, store, update, manipulate, analyze, and display all forms of geographically referenced information. The public is invited to attend the Council meeting to ask questions or to provide ideas on issues concerning County government.
