RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rodney Guerrieri be appointed to said
board, to replace LaRue Mondt, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lori Briscoe be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Rodney Guerrieri and Lori Briscoe
to said board, with their terms to expire January 8, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Rodney Guerrieri be, and hereby is appointed, and to the North
Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees, with his term to expire January 8, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Lori Briscoe be, and hereby is reappointed, to the North Colorado Medical
Center Board of Trustees, with her term to expire January 8, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of January, A.D.„ 1999.
