RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DENNIS DISARIO TO JUVENILE COMMUNIITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute arid the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dennis Disario be appointed to said board
as the school district representive, to replace Jon Eastin, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dennis Disario to said board, with
his term to expire November 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dennis Disario be, and hereby is appointed, to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of June, A.D., 1999.
